My career started like many: I backed into it. As a senior in high school I got a job in a local supermarket - that was supposed to be for gas money through college. It ended up being a career that took me up the ranks to store manager and ultimately being responsible for advertising for a 2,500 store food and drug chain.

Along the way I learned a lot about work, mentoring, training, and people. Today I use those skills - along with others I've learned - to help people find a better career path.
